Nyemu is a Strategic Planning, Regeneration and Development Consultant with 20+ years’ experience. A qualified Town Planner and Part 1 Architect, she led the South Bank Public Realm Masterplan, procured developers across South London and secured residential-led mixed-use planning consents. As LOCATION’s Founder, she unites communities and investors for lasting impact.

Steffi is a qualified architect with over 10 years’ experience delivering residential, commercial, hospitality and community projects across the UK and Sri Lanka. Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and building project systems, she leads quality management at LOCATION, bringing creativity and technical rigour to architecture that’s functional, sustainable and enduring.

Town Planner & Regeneration Consultant
Debbie is a Town Planner with over 25 years’ experience in regeneration and urban management. A former Director of URBED, she went on to lead Manchester City Council’s Ancoats and Eastern Gateway regeneration. A specialist in inclusive engagement, she empowers communities to shape fairer, greener places that reflect their identity.

Sadari Holness
Marketing & Communications Strategist
Sadari is LOCATION’s Business Operations Lead, overseeing the systems that keep client experience seamless, from first enquiry to project delivery. She holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion Branding and Communications and has experience across marketing, events and customer service, including FILA’s PR team. She manages the brand, website, partnerships and mentoring programme.
